I am going to the Slug and Lettuce at lunch and there is a Penna Aribiatta on the menu, how many points do youo think this will be?
Also are the salad points based on the full sized portions on the menu?

Average portion of Penne Aribiatta is 5.5 (this includes a large portion of pasta) and yes, the salads are for the full size portions.

I had the penne arabiatta with chicken and have pointed it at 8 1/2 just to be on the safe side.
I asked for it without the garlic bread so i wouldnt be tempted

Are the points for the burgers with or without the chips and coleslaw that come with it? Also, there seem to be some new additions to their menu- do you have the points values for this stuff or is there a place I can find them? They don’t seem to have their nutrition info on their site. Hi Sarah, if it says ’served with’ on the menu then the points are included.
The only place that I know of that you can get the points for the updated menu, is on the menues themselves as they list all the NV’s on them apparrently. If I can nick one I will!

I went today and had the Chicken Souvlaki (chicken kebabs with houmous and flat bread) as that sounded the least naughty. Any idea how many points that was?
