Hiya!

I’m Noreen, a mother of 3 girls and Grandmother of 3 girls also. I am 44 (48 now) years old. This is the story of my journey to lose weight and try to regain some of my health, which until recently has been quite bad. The ‘about me’ page is kinda my reminder page and was done solely so that I know how much I’m really achieving and how I won’t be truly happy till I get the real ‘old’ me back, but please feel free to have a read!  I’m doing this site mainly for myself to try and keep track of where I’m at and how I’m feeling (my blog), but also in the hope that I may help somebody to start or continue their own journey.
